We’ll make our own portfolio and then fill it with about 21 cards that we create with different techniques and processes. Using many unusual media, we will create with batik, embossing, staining, and all kinds of ideas that you can use with paper. Liven up your work with new artistic approaches! 

Materials to Bring: Scissors, glue stick, bone folder, cutting knife and blades, cutting mat, pencil

About the Instructor | CJ Grossman

C.J. has taught thousands of adults and children how to make books.  She teaches book arts as well as mixed media collage and assemblage.  She also specializes in classes for teachers who want to make books with kids.  CJ lives in the East Bay, and exhibits internationally.
