You may have seen and even used a magic wallet. During this workshop you will learn how to make your own. Two pre-cut davey boards will be covered with book cloth, then strips of paper are added and the two boards will be joined. The magic wallet is one of those oddities related to a möbius strip. Once you know how to make this structure you can try a Jacob’s Ladder by combining five or more boards with each other in the same pattern.

Materials to bring:  Note book, Bone folder, Pencil, Ruler, small glue brush, x-acto knife/scissor, if you have a favorite book cloth/decorative paper you want to use, bring it along

Workshop fee: $65
