This is the 101 of paper engineering classes. We'll use a very short and simple set of tools and materials. We'll begin instruction from the most basic level ("How To Fold a Piece of Paper") and gradually build up to creating a pop-up scene in a card. There will be "ugly" models quickly built and immediately altered just to see what happens. There will be conversation, there will be show-and-tell, there will be coloring and decorating. This is the paper engineering version of working a puzzle on a Saturday afternoon with your grandpa. Open to everyone 11+.

Community Workshops are limited to 30 students with a low class fee to foster accessibility.
