This is a two session online workshop.

In this album structure the signatures are sewn directly onto a piece of book cloth that later will be cased-in to a three piece cover. It’s great as a traveling journal, scrapbook, etc. since the spine is wider than the foredge, meaning you can add pictures and other 3-D objects (within reason!) to it and the covers will remain flat.

Students will make an 8 x 8” model with the provided materials but the size can vary when you are making this on your own.

The workshop fee includes a materials kit containing the boards, bookcloth, papers, and thread required to make one model album.
