Ready to get serious about keeping a drawing journal? Instructor Tim Svenonius has maintained a sketchbook practice for nearly twenty years and regards it as the bedrock of his creative process. In this workshop, Tim shares the practices and principles that help tap into a creative flow and maintain a steady drawing habit. He will show examples from his extensive sketchbook archive to demonstrate these principles at work, and will lead a series of drawing exercises that touch on key concepts. Students will be expected to draw every day in the week between the two class meetings.
