The twentieth century has granted us two machines commonly used for this purpose: the Kwikprint and the Kensol. Learning the basic safety guidelines and the simple techniques for using them, we will guide you to making a perfect impression with hand-set type and magnesium dies. Projects we'll complete will be to make a title label for a book using brass or zinc type, and an Ex Libris bookplate with a magnesium die.
