José Costa Leite, The Man from Midnight and the Woman from the Day, woodcut From the collection of Stefan Bartkowiak. José Costa Leite, born in 1927, has been writing and illustrating cordels since the age of 20, and is the author of hundreds of titles, several of which can are on view in this exhibition.  | ||
